“Happiness is living life to the fullest in every step—being present, grateful, and intentional. It’s waking up each day with a sense of purpose and fulfillment.”

Philosophy of Care
What I love most about child and family mental and behavioral therapy is the opportunity to support youth and families through some of their most challenging times. I’m especially passionate about working with children who have experienced trauma, struggled with emotional regulation, or faced instability at home or in school. Helping them develop healthier coping skills and working with families to strengthen communication and relationships is incredibly rewarding. There’s something incredibly powerful about giving a child the tools to understand their emotions, communicate more effectively, and feel seen and supported. I love the collaborative nature of this work—bringing caregivers, providers, and systems together to create a supportive environment where children can thrive. Being part of that healing process is what motivates me every day.

Words of Wisdom
“Becoming who you’re meant to be isn’t a straight path. There will be detours, setbacks, and moments of doubt. But every part of your journey teaches you something. Keep showing up, keep reflecting, and trust that you are building a life that feels like your own.”
