Philosophy of Care
What I love most about child and family mental and behavioral therapy is the opportunity to create lasting, generational change. Helping a child grow emotionally, build self-esteem, and develop healthy coping skills is powerful—but it becomes even more meaningful when I can engage the whole family system.

Fun Fact
Fun fact about me: I love to crochet! I find it fascinating how a simple hook and yarn can turn into something beautiful and comforting. It’s become one of my favorite ways to relax, express creativity, and even make handmade gifts for people I care about. There’s something really soothing about the rhythm—and it teaches me patience, one stitch at a time.

Words of Wisdom
Healing isn’t linear—and that’s okay. Give yourself permission to grow at your own pace, not anyone else’s timeline.
