“Happiness is reclaiming joy in a world that wasn’t built with you in mind, and making space for others to do the same.”

Philosophy of Care
What I love most about child and family mental and behavioral therapy is helping kids feel seen, supported, and empowered, while also guiding families to better understand and connect with them. It’s incredible to witness a child begin to thrive emotionally and behaviorally as the whole family learns new ways to communicate, heal, and grow together. Being part of that journey is truly an honor.
