Please join us in welcoming Kirnpreet Dosanjh to Backpack Healthcare as our new Director of Business Operations! In this newly created role, Kirnpreet will work across the organization by leading cross-functional projects, owning key business operations functions, developing new processes, and acting as a strategic partner to further Backpack’s organizational maturity and growth.
Kirnpreet is a Central California native with an extensive background in inpatient healthcare, outpatient healthcare, and higher education. Prior to joining Backpack Healthcare, she served as a Project Manager at the University of California, Merced, contributing to the Medical Education BS to MD Pathway Program in collaboration with UCSF and UCM.
Kirnpreet has her Master’s in Healthcare Administration as well as her Bachelor’s in Health Science. In her downtime, she co-instructs health science classes at CSU Stanislaus and mentors students. Kirnpreet is heavily involved in volunteer work with the Jakara Movement, which empowers the Sikh Community.
Kirnpreet enjoys spending her free time with her son and husband. She loves to travel, and as a new mom, she can’t wait to show the world to her baby.
