In this role, Michael will lead all aspects of sales and marketing, including spearheading innovative growth strategies across the health-tech industry. With a deep passion for enhancing patient outcomes and mental health, Michael leverages his high emotional intelligence and empathetic leadership to drive client-focused sales strategies and robust business development.
Before joining us, Michael was a key player at Amwell, where he significantly expanded major contracts and led strategic initiatives in various healthcare sectors, including value-based care and mental health. His career is marked by a consistent track record of sales excellence and innovative approaches to market entry and customer retention, resulting in significant revenue increases and expanded customer bases. His leadership philosophy, “Lead by example,” emphasizes cultivating long-term, meaningful
relationships and leveraging personal experiences to deeply connect with clients’ missions.
Michael’s academic background is equally impressive. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento. His early career as a firefighter, combined with extensive sales field experience, equips him with the insights and skills necessary to lead and innovate in the rapidly evolving health-tech landscape.
