“Happiness is having a clean face, clear energy, spicy food on the table, one task to focus on (not five!), and someone who sees your heart without you having to explain it.”

Philosophy of Care
I like that I have the opportunity to intervene at the roots—supporting growth, healing, and emotional safety early on. I’m especially drawn to the creativity involved—whether through play, expressive tools, or collaborative exercises

Fun Fact
cannot multitask. If I’m brushing my teeth and someone asks me a question, the whole operation shuts down like a 2003 Dell computer.
At Home
I love traveling and getting lost in a good ‘whodunnit’ show. I’m drawn to beautiful artistry—whether it’s a painting, a perfectly blended makeup look, or thoughtfully designed spaces. Overall, I enjoy things that look and feel intentionally put together.
Words of Wisdom
Your emotions aren’t ‘too much’ — they’re your compass. Feel them fully, express them freely, and don’t apologize for wearing your heart where people can see it.
