Why Therapy? 
Having a history of mental illness in my family, I felt and responded to a natural calling to become a licensed mental health therapist.

At Home 
I am single and have one daughter that I adopted when she was an adolescent. I enjoy quiet time at home, spending time with my family and friends, chilling on social media and I also enjoy most sports.

I wish that I could tell every client that it is always darkest before dawn because everyone needs the support and encouragement to know that our better days are within reach.
