Why Therapy? 
I chose therapy to help empower others to restore balance in people’s lives. To help combat depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem issues or trauma. I wanted to be the therapist I always would have wanted.
Fun Fact 
I own a nonprofit in Georgia whose mission is to serve the direct needs of low income, homeless individuals, and families with a focus on youth.

Preparing for my doctorate, yoga, reading and journaling.
