Philosophy of Care

Children and adolescents often do not have a say in the environments they are put into or experiences they undergo. As a clinician, I have seen the incredible resilience that these young people have and I believe that with the right guidance and support, anyone can not only overcome any challenges they may face in life but apply the lessons and skills they have acquired to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Therefore, my passion is working with clients and their families to foster healthy development, promote resilience and coping skills to face life’s challenges, and help each child realize their potential so they can grow to become well-adjusted and fulfilled young adults.

Fun Fact

I was born in Ukraine, and I enjoy challenging myself in my yoga and Pilates practice.

At Home

I spend my free time outdoors. Whether that is hiking, fishing, kayaking, or just walking our dogs around the block after dinner, I feel best when I can enjoy some fresh air.
