About Kelsey

Master of Counseling Psychology, Frostburg State University

Philosophy of Care

I have a deep passion for child and family therapy because I believe it’s foundational to long-term emotional wellness. Supporting children and families allows me to create meaningful, lasting change — often in ways that ripple across generations. I am drawn to this work because I genuinely love helping people heal, grow, build skills, and strengthen the bonds and relationships that matter most to them.

Fun Fact

I can play a musical instrument and read music! I played the flute and piccolo in my school’s band from 5th grade through 12th grade.

At Home

In my free time, you can find me hiking trails, exploring botanical gardens, browsing thrift stores for hidden gems, or spending quality time with my two cats – Ace and Ryder. I am also a fan of the arts, specifically painting and pottery making, which allow me to unwind, practice self-care, and express my creativity.

Words of Wisdom

Healing and growth are journeys, not destinations. Every step forward, no matter how small, builds resilience and strengthens the bonds that help us thrive. Compassion– for ourselves and others — is the foundation of lasting change.
