My name is Abigail Doff, and I grew up in Ellicott City, Maryland. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from McDaniel College and my Master’s degree in Social Work from University of Maryland Baltimore School of Social Work. I have over two years of direct client care experience supporting children, teens, and families in their therapeutic journeys. My approach is warm, supportive, collaborative, and strengths-based, and I strive to create a safe environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and building healthy coping skills. I do the work I do because I believe mental health is incredibly important, and I truly value helping children, teens, and families feel supported, empowered, and understood.
