I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 12 years of experience in mental health care. I earned bachelor’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and Nursing from Stevenson University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from Frostburg State University.

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I believe good mental health care starts with listening and understanding not only symptoms, but also the experiences, challenges, and goals that make each person unique. I work with children, adolescents, and adults and strive to create a space where patients feel comfortable asking questions, being themselves, and taking an active role in their treatment.

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with my family.
