Biography

Growing up in Baltimore, Maryland, Kelly learned early the importance of community, connection, and showing up for others. These values shaped a lifelong commitment to helping people move forward with confidence, clarity, and compassion.

Kelly earned a MSW from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, focusing on mental health and the healing power of supportive relationships. In the therapy room, Kelly offers a warm, steady presence and a deep belief that every person’s story deserves to be heard with care.

Kelly integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Strengths-Based approaches, and Marriage and Family Counseling to help clients explore what’s working, what’s hurting, and what’s possible. For clients who desire it, Kelly also provides Christian faith‑based counseling, blending evidence‑based practice with spiritual guidance to support mind, body, and spirit.

Sessions are conversational, supportive, and grounded in the belief that people thrive when they feel understood, empowered, and connected to their values. Kelly’s approach centers on genuine connection, honoring lived experiences, and walking alongside clients as they create meaningful change.

Kelly is also a Board Approved Supervisor, dedicated to mentoring emerging social workers as they grow in skill, confidence, and professional identity.
