I earned my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trinity Washington University and my B.A. in Psychology from Norfolk State University. I got into this work because I’ve always been interested in how people navigate stress, relationships, and the pressure to keep it all together especially when things look fine on the outside. My approach is collaborative, honest, and practical. I’m not big on overcomplicating things. I focus on helping you understand what’s going on and making changes that actually fit your life. I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are and feel supported without judgment.
