Healing doesn't ask you to become someone else. It asks you to return to the parts of yourself that have always deserved compassion.

Biography

I earned my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and am currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree. My passion for counseling comes from a desire to help people feel seen, heard, and supported through life's challenges. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, and family conflict. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) while recognizing that every person's healing journey is unique.
