I attended St. Ambrose University for both my undergrad and graduate degrees, obtaining my BSW with a minor in Justice, Diversity, and Gender Studies as well as my MSW. I am a licensed social worker in both Illinois and Iowa. Outside of the office, you can find me doing a puzzle, reading, or spending time with my partner. We have three cats that love to make appearances during sessions, so you may get to meet a fuzzy friend of mine! I like to focus on empowerment-based work, along with narrative therapy and growing DBT skills.

I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and am a safe space for all of those who need one.
