With over twenty years of experience, I am passionate about supporting the emotional, social, and academic well-being of children, adolescents, and families. I currently serve as a Therapist and Resident in Counseling with Backpack Healthcare and as a high school Professional School Counselor, allowing me to support individuals in both clinical and educational settings.
I earned a B.A. in Psychology from James Madison University and an M.Ed. in School Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University, where I later completed a Post-Master’s Certificate in Professional Counseling. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and thoughtfully tailored to each individual, drawing on evidence-based practices to foster growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
