Program overview

Learn by doing, with support at every step

Your concentration year is where classroom learning becomes clinical skill. At Backpack Healthcare, interns work in a telehealth practice serving children, adolescents, young adults, and families. You'll build your caseload with close supervision, learn how a collaborative treatment team operates, and graduate ready for your first clinical role. Interns are welcome from any state.

A Path Forward

Interns who want to keep growing with Backpack can explore our Residency Program after graduation. It's a 24-month program designed to take you from graduate to fully licensed clinician.
