A deep interest in human connection, emotional resilience, and personal growth led me into the mental health field and continues to shape my approach to therapy today. During my time at the University of Michigan, where I earned my MSW, I had the meaningful opportunity to travel to several countries - experiences that deepened my appreciation for culture, communication, and the many different ways people experience healing and growth. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s needs, with a strong focus on working effectively with children, adolescents, adults, and families. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I incorporate creative approaches, including art-based interventions, when they help clients express themselves more comfortably. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, empowered, and equipped with practical tools for growth and lasting change.
