Biography

I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) dedicated to creating a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and meeting clients where they are. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and emotional regulation by building practical coping skills and increasing self-awareness. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I work to tailor treatment to each client’s unique experiences and goals. My goal is to help clients feel more confident, balanced, and connected to the version of themselves they want to become.
