About Areli

Philosophy of Care

What I love most about child and family mental and behavioral therapy is being able to support children and their families during moments when they may feel overwhelmed or unsure about how to move forward. I value creating a safe and open space where children and caregivers feel heard, understood, and respected. My approach is to meet families where they are, listen without judgment, and work collaboratively with them to identify strengths and develop practical skills that help them navigate current challenges. I enjoy helping families discover what resonates with them and empowering them with tools that promote resilience, connection, and growth. Ultimately, I find it meaningful to walk alongside families in this process as they strengthen their relationships and build healthier ways of supporting one another.

Happiness is…

the small moments that bring peace, purpose, and fulfillment.
